TOBY Lab passed the on-site review of senior A2LA accredited experts in November 2017. TOBY Lab was officially authorized by the A2LA (certificate number: 4750.01), which indicates that the TOBY Testing Laboratory has become a national accredited lab the first batch of non-MRA national laboratories accredited by the US FCC.

According to the requirements of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) of the United States, testing laboratories in non-MRA (Multilateral Recognition Agreement) regions can only pass the American Association For Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) or NVLAP.  After the review of the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program, the US National Laboratory's Voluntary Accreditation Program, its test results on the FCC project can be recognized. Since China is a non-MRA region, all Chinese inspection and testing laboratories can only perform FCC Certification (ID) and Declaration of Conformity (DOC) and self-verification (VOC) only after they have passed A2LA or NVLAP audit and FCC lists them as Accredited Laboratories. ) Three types of certification tests apply for corresponding certificates without sending samples to foreign laboratories.
